Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since our items are considered personal care goods we can not accept returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Though we try to ensure your items arrive unharmed this is not always the case. Please notify us within 24hrs of the delivery date at customercare@essentialdiamondsco.com. Notate your order number in the subject along with a picture of the damaged product/shipping box and the way you would like to resolve the issue.

If your tracking number is marked as delivered from the carrier services, please contact them for further instructions on how to proceed. Orders shipped as first class often have no tracking number, these orders will not be refunded.

 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
