I’m Diamond—a certified doula, spiritual practitioner, rootworker, wife, and mother. I’m also the founder of Essential Diamonds Co. and Sacred Womb Foundation. My work is deeply personal, grounded in lived experience, and rooted in the sacred calling to make care accessible, affirming, and powerful for all.

My Story

At just 19 years old, I gave birth for the first time. I had no doula. No lactation support. No guidance. I didn’t even know what a doula was—I only knew that I needed someone, and no one was there.

Even before that, at 14 or 15, I was kicked out of my home and forced to navigate the world on my own. I experienced homelessness, rejection, and uncertainty. But through it all, I remained unharmed. That’s not luck. That’s protection. That’s ancestors. That’s spiritual covering.

Years later, my wife and I began our own journey toward conception through IUI and IVF. That path—still unfolding—has tested and refined me in ways I never imagined. These experiences are not just my past—they are the foundation of my purpose.

My Calling

I serve birthing people, spiritual seekers, and community members because I’ve lived what so many are still walking through. I believe in holding space, not holding power over others. Whether it’s through a ritual, a reading, a venting session, or a doula consult—my goal is the same: to remind you that you are sacred and supported.

I am no longer closeted in my spiritual work. For a long time, I hid it out of fear of judgment. People called it witchcraft—until they needed help. Today, I walk proudly in my truth. Rootwork is my birthright—a sacred conversation with those who came before me, and a gift I offer to those still finding their way.

Why I Created Essential Diamonds Co.

Essential Diamonds Co. is not just a spiritual shop. It’s a healing space built for people like me—and people like you. A place where you can find real tools for clarity, peace, protection, and empowerment.

I created this space to offer access for those in need and guidance for those seeking more. I keep my prices as reasonable as possible while staying true to my gifts. Everything I offer is handmade, prayed over, and created with deep care.

Why I Founded Sacred Womb Foundation

Sacred Womb Foundation was born from my own birth story and from the sacred need for better, affirming care. I believe Black and LGBTQ+ birthing people deserve more—more respect, more visibility, more support.

Through the foundation, I provide full-spectrum doula care, spiritual womb healing, and postpartum support grounded in cultural reverence and ancestral wisdom. I don’t just show up—I become part of your village.

My long-term vision is to open a community-based birthing center that offers water births, emotional support, partner preparation, ancestral rituals, and space to gather, celebrate, and heal.
